Born in New Orleans Louisiana, residing in Laguna Beach California, I began fooling around out in the garage with my father's tools at a very early age, and was always the sort of kid who was immersed in art, music, and woodshop, honing my skills and artistic vision. I found building guitars to be the perfect outlet for my creative and musical urge, combining all of my favorite hobbies. Guitar building/repair soon turned into a career. I found myself working day and night while researching all the information I could get my hands on, and networking with other luthiers to perfect my craft.

Setups, repairs, and custom guitars are my full time job/passion, and I am constantly handling and working on some of the finest instruments that pass through Southern California. A lot of my designs and ideas come from a love of the outdoors, scuba diving, and traveling. I love being close to the ocean, and I listen to jazz, acoustic finger style, and all that is passionate, talented, and inspiring.
